| Patty MacCollister RN. Patty has been in the health care field for many years. Her nursing career has been both rewarding and enlightening. She has always had an interest in teaching and has spent these last 9 years teaching C.N.A. students. Her reason is that the C.N.A. is the caregiver at the bedside of the patient giving the direct care. It is the C.N.A. that knows the needs of the patient, he/she is the one that the patient/resident confides in. Patty's mission is to make a difference in the lives of the patients/residents that her client touch, her goal is reached by sharing compassion, as well as skills with her clients. |

| Barbara Haaland is our fill in instructor at our Deland site. She is a compassionate, caring person who prides her self in helping everyone she teaches achieve their goal of becoming a C.N.A. |

| Dionicia Nater is from the Dominican Republic. She is bilingual and has unselfishly devoted countless hours to helping others acquire their certification by doing private instruction for those with a language barrier. “Leona” represents the company each and every day with her constant attention to details and a holistic approach to training. She offers counsel when needed. A symbiotic relationship exists in Ms. Leona’s room. Everyone is encouraged to respect and help each other. In fact, Leona has been a major asset to this company because she is always there for each of us on a personal and professional basis. Leona is available to totally assist spanish clients to reach their goal for CNA. Ms. Liona s also a certified ASHI instructor |

| Heather Cook is the office manager at our Deland office. She has excellent telephone skills and she enjoys answering the many questions that come her way. She does her best to let our client know that they are our priority and we appreciate their business. She worked as a headstart teacher at Easter Seals and then a bank teller at wachovia/wells fargo for 9 years. |
